In our latest poll we are asking your opinion as to whether or not you believe
Papa John's Pizza is guilty of false, deceptive and/or misleading advertising.

My friend asked me to find a pizza coupon so I sent him this link Click 4 Coupon
which includes a coupon for a large 1 topping pizza for $5.00 valid at the Papa John's in Bowling Green, OH.
Scroll down to the second coupon.

When my friend attempted to use the coupon during the week of 8/22/10 he was told that it is only valid for students even though it is published on a public website. Although the Papa John's employee never asked if he was a student, apparently due to his age which is 60ish, Papa John's refused to honor the coupon.

There is no reference on the coupon that it is restricted to "Students Only".

So what do you think? Is Papa John's guilty of false, misleading and/or deceptive advertising?

Should Papa John's have accepted the coupon?
